The Story Behind Vyxx

I first came up with the concept of Vyxx in 2019. At the time, I was in a period of transition and uncertainty, trying to figure out how to navigate through life, while feeling like I was trapped in a never ending cycle.

While I had support from friends and family, I didn’t know anyone who was going through the same challenges I was facing. I wanted to feel understood by someone who had experienced similar obstacles and still found a way forward.

Over time, I slowly began to find my path. Looking back, I often thought about how much I wished I had access to guidance, reassurance, or even an example of someone who had been in my position and made it through. I realized that so many others were probably feeling the same way too.

That realization led to the creation of Vyxx.

Vyxx is a peer support and mental health advocacy platform where you can submit questions to receive community feedback, or share your story to inspire and support others. It’s a space rooted in shared experiences, understanding, and connection.

I wanted to create a space centered around community, a place where asking for help and accepting support comes without shame. A reminder that you don’t have to go through life’s challenges alone, and that your voice truly matters.
